So, you have bought your dream home in Spain and you now want your luxury home to be well looked after whilst you are away. We have over 6 years experience in after sales and property management.

From the moment you have purchased your property, our after sales team will be on hand to answer any questions or queries that you may have.

We will make moving into your new home as hassle free and as pleasant as possible, giving you the peace of mind you so deserve.

What services do we provide?

For your peace of mind, our experienced staff will visit your property on a monthly basis and provide you with an up to date report on the condition of your property. We will ensure that the property is kept in a secure, dry and ventilated state, checking for signs of damp and even pest infestation. We will open and close windows, check for water leaks, run your taps and flush all toilets and even water your plants.

If we find any problems we will contact you immediately for a suggested course of action. Any required work will have to be paid by you in advance of works being carried out.

We can retain a suggested float from you so that emergency works can be undertaken immediately in the unfortunate case of flooding or break-ins.

Our Standard Package includes

  • Putting welcome packs into your home, i.e. milk, water, tea, coffee, sugar, orange juice and a complimentary bottle of wine
  • Key holding for owners and private guests
  • Turning on the hot water and air conditioning prior to your arrival
  • Checking the security of your property on a weekly basis
  • Checking all utilities and appliances are in working order
  • Arranging for any works to be done on property that may be necessary
  • Checking furnishings and Inventory
